We at HARSHVARDHANMART.IN work hard to provide our customers with the latest fashion at impeccable quality and amazing prices. If you did not like the fit, color or design simply return/exchange the product within 7 days of delivery.

Need to return – Few points to remember
- Returns/exchange request need to be within 7 days of the delivery of product
- Please fill the returns form for easy processing of refunds
- All returned items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons, and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted.
- In case you receive a damaged/defective, the company should be notified within 24 hours of receipt. We might request you to share snap shot at care@harshvardhanmart.in
- Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
- Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
Non-returnable categories– Following product categories fall under “No Return/Exchange” unless there is an inherent damage/quality issue at the time of delivery due to a miss from our quality team.

- Reverse pick up from your shipping address: Our reverse pick-up facility is currently available all over India, which fall under the service network of our courier partners.
Refund options for you– The customer can choose to get their refund in the following ways:
- Cash refund via bank transfer into their account for all COD orders
- Money back to the paid account/ credit card for all online orders.
- A Coupon Code of the refund value in your HARSHVARDHANMART.IN account, which can be redeemed against any purchase. You may check the issued Coupon Code under the ‘Coupons’ section, by clicking on ‘My Account’ at HARSHVARDHANMART.IN.
